Our Family has dedicated our careers and hobbies to all things coffee. From working as baristas, roasting green coffee beans to order, or indulging in some of our favorite local coffee shops... simply put, we love coffee!
Our Name
"Lost Woods" was born out of a deep admiration for the creator of "The Legend of Zelda," Shigeru Miyamoto, and his childhood experiences exploring the Kyoto countryside in Japan. Our business serves as a homage to Miyamoto's connection with nature, aiming to recreate the sense of wonder and exploration he felt during his youth. The name "Lost Woods" not only pays tribute to the enchanting and mysterious in-game location but also encapsulates the spirit of the coffee shop as a haven for those seeking a retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life, inviting patrons to get lost in the comforting ambiance and savor the simple joys of a good cup of coffee.

Lindsay
Coming from a decade of Barista accolades, Lindsay has been through all of the experiences of what it is to work at a Cafe. From starting as a Barista, to achieving her Coffee Masters program, as well as managing a local coffee shop, her most important take away was always the customers and their shared love of coffee.
Ed
Although always being an avid coffee drinker, it wasn't until Ed worked for a coffee roaster that he found passion and love for the process and art of coffee. Continuing to further his career in coffee, his skills include regional knowledge, roasting processes, green bean varietals, marketing... and as a side hobby, novice latte art!
